  • So, who hasn't thought to themselves - 'Why can't I EVER leave a car dealership not feeling like I just got completely taken advantage of & jerked around?' Car salesmen... we've all heard (& probably told the jokes) - car buying (or leasing) - usually not a joy. My experience at NCN? AMAZING. From start to finish this car leasing experience was the single best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. We were greeted warmly upon entering the salesfloor by the receptionist and directed to Jackie (our salesgirl) by who we later found out was the owner of the dealership. Jackie was super friendly and knowledgable. She answered all my questions with a smile. The entire process was smooth and quick. We had called ahead - since I already knew the vehicle I was looking for. Jackie returned our call promptly and not only gave us a quote on the lease price but threw in 2 free oil changes and a tire rotation! They believed they would be able to locate the vehicle by Monday - but I needed to sign the papers that day to lock in the "President's Day Cash" incentive - additional $500 bucks off, I'm in! On the way to dealership we received another call from Jackie & surprise! They were able to locate my car on their auxillary lot! I was beyond excited. Once there we filled out the purchase agreement and a credit app. Jackie took me out to see my car in the Service Department and within about a half an hour I was sitting in the Finance Manager's office signing the papers for my new car. The Finance Manager, who in my experience is always boring or flat out rude & pushy, was none of those things. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. Quick & painless - except for the $315 I shelled out as my first payment... I will definitely be returning to North Coast Nissan to get my first (and all) oil changes - they have WiFi in their waiting area - which is perfect for those like me that can't stay off their phone or computer (or those that actually need to get work done...)! Before driving away in my new ride, Jackie went over the vehicle's manual with us, told me the date of my first scheduled oil change (great for me bc who remembers to make the appointment on time really?) & then walked out with us to show me a few of my new car's features - the standard steering wheel adjustments, satellite radio controls, climate control, etc. I'm a bit challenged in this area - so that was great. I can't stress enough that as I left the lot - I had a huge smile on my face & an absolutely beautiful new car. The experience left me feeling good and I know that I got a great deal.
