  • What a scam! I'm only putting one star out of the necessity to post this review. (0 stars) They wait for you to move in your stuff knowing that it is a pain to move again and then they dramatically increase your monthly bill a few months later. Mind you, I have never even been late on a payment. The property manager can't help you, so you are referred to costumer service, which by the way is very difficult to reach through the automated phone service. Once you actually reach a person, they tell you that you are on a month to month basis so they can increase the price at any time. I chose them because of both the price and because I thought it was a reputable company. Obviously my mistake. It looks like I'm moving again this weekend, probably to their competitors next door. I really can't wait for my next networking meeting with business owners in the area, I will be sure and share this information. Well this review is done on to the BBB.
