  • My loan was transfered to Home Point Financial 37 days ago. Although I sent my first payment on time , Home Point Financial innacurately reported me to the credit bureo as 60 days delinquent account, when my account is not even 40 days old. This has impacted my credit score for over 100 points less, which is absolutely unacceptable. I am not trying to contact customer service number 1-800-686-2404 and they have disconnected the number. Do not choose this company for your mortgage.
