  • Terrible! We went there for family portraits. They didn't start taking pics until 30-40minutes after our appointment time. We arranged our appt around our 4 month old baby girl naps so we could get the best pics with her smiling and happy. We told the photographer we needed to do the family poses first and fast before our baby got tired and cranky. The photographer (Ashley B) had no sense of urgency even after we waited 40-40 minutes past our appointment time and she NEVER tried to get our baby to smile or to even have fun with it. She just sat us on the prop stools , held up the camera and snapped the picture... That's it!!!! Lazy uninterested attitude. Then we had to wait even longer to just review our pics on the screen . We spent over $100 on mediocre prints. We felt we had to buy something even though they were not very good because I will probably never be able to talk my husband into doing family pics again. The experience was exhausting, stressful and extremely disappointing!!!!
