This is probably going to be the new hyped spot to go to this summer.
I tried the Kyoto Matcha and the Tiramisu Kiss ice cream. Because of the use of nitrogen, the ice cream is a lot more creamy and has no ice compared to regular ice cream. But although it's a lot creamier, it melts a lot faster. The portion is a little small, since half of the cup itself is filled with nitrogen. As for the flavours, the matcha was quite good, but the tiramisu wasn't as flavourful.
So far, this place may be worth a try as some flavours may be worth it. On the other hand, if ice cream isn't for you, they also serve nitrogen fruit tea.
