  • Had a broken Samsung ice maker and called Appliance Works. Pleasant and friendly employee listened to my issue and quickly and effectively set up an appointment for a repair person to come to my house. Explained what their house call fee was and if they were going to do the repairs the fee would not be charged. Scott arrived when schedule and was warm friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly determined the problem and let us know there was a part that needed to be ordered. After a week I called to follow up on the part and was told it was in. Scheduled the appointment for the same week. Scott called while he was in his way and arrived right on time. The part was quickly installed and my refrigerator is now making ice again.
