  • One of the worst experiences. My boyfriend and I went to iPic for the first time and purchased the premium seats. The place was very nice, seats were comfy and very luxurious. Although, I must complain that this place has horrible service. We ordered and our food came out prior to our drinks. There is no way to call a waiter once your movie has started. We waited so long to get a waiter, I was starved so I took a bite of my appetizer and they brought me the wrong food. At this point my boyfriend got up and walked out of the theater to find someone, mind you at this point we had our food for about 30 mins. It took them almost 15 mins to come back up to us. They corrected my appetizer and brought us our drinks, but the sprite my boyfriend ordered was just carbonated water, no taste of sprite at all! They corrected that for us and by the time we started to eat our food was extremely cold and the movie was already half done. This place is very nice, but the service is horrible and absolutely not worth the money you pay.
