  • When I first met Brenda of Sonchris Developments she was combing the property for litter prior to our appointment for a viewing at a 2nd Avenue apartment. This told me she takes a hands on approach and personal interest in every facet of the company. After entering the building my first impression was positive; building was very clean and well maintained, as was the one bedroom apartment unit I viewed. Competitively priced to boot! This during a post flood market of 0% vacancy. The screening process for a lease was a lot more thorough and detailed than I'm accustomed to but well worth it in my view.
