| - As others have stated here, she has changed since she moved. But this is not the main reason for one star.
Almost THREE YEARS ago I visited her, was rushed, and felt very dissatisfied that I wasted my money to see her. It was very upsetting as I had liked her in the past when she was on Horizon Ridge(although the staff there were & continue to be awful to deal with).
I paid my copay, provided my insurance information, and awaited my bill in the mail. Once received, they showed that my insurance didn't cover the fee. SINCE THEN I have been fighting with her office, as THEY entered the wrong information. Myself and my insurance have done everything we can to try and resolve this.
I am exhausted & annoyed of this situation, and do not have the energy to address the MANY issues & poor customer care I have received within the past TWO YEARS. Believe me, the reps there have heard it from me over and over again, yet instead of being helpful, they respond defensive with an awful attitude and bad energy.
My insurance has validated that I DID in fact have coverage during the date of my visit. I have done my "job" ; I refuse to pay the bill until they do THEIR JOB, and file the claim correctly through my insurance, which I have provided to them many times.
Given the poor customer care & unwilling helplessness I have received from the staff, I believe that they think I will just give up on fighting it and pay the amount!?!
They have picked the wrong person to battle with. Since they are unwilling to assist, I will reach out to every outlet available to me to get this resolved.
Your business practices are far from professional, & I will be sure that it is known by everyone I come in contact with.
Staff : Shame on you.
