The crust makes the pizza. This restaurant nailed the crust. Wood-fired oven, fresh ingredients, and unique menu selections make this place one of my favorite restaurants to eat. They a few locations throughout the valley and even a few inside the airport. I fly Southwest a lot, and so terminal 4 and Humble Pie is no stranger to me. I also love the pretzels from here. Pay a little extra, but ask for the brie (you won't regret it).
