I used the drive thru. After waiting way too long, when I got up to the window, they didn't know what I ordered. The woman tending the window very explicitly called to the cooks "Is the Double Western ready". No it wasn't. I finally got my order and drove home. When I went to eat what they gave me, it was a single, not a double. I agree with most of the above reviews... the workers don't do their job in a professional manner. They need an experienced, professional manager that cares.
