  • Wow I am still trembling from this experience never have I left a store feeling so unwelcome and unhappy. Needless to say this is NOT a location I will be returning to. Throughout my entire visit I was never greeted by any of the employees,save for the Cashier, even when I spoke to them first. One word answers and hand gestures was all the respect the employees felt a paying customer deserved. I am from California and I have been to many Whole Foods stores in my home state and I have never encountered a group of employees like the ones I encountered today. I was so upset that I went to Starbucks for a coffee to calm my nerves and the employee asked if I was alright I told her about my experience and she said that this particular Whole Foods is known for there mistreatment of customers! I am in disbelief to me that is unacceptable. If you are looking for a friendly helpful staff I strongly recommend you try a different Whole Foods life is to short for the culture and atmosphere of negativity this store seems to be perpetuating.
