  • The girls who work here are so rude it needs to be addressed. After arguing in front of me and my friend about who got what wrong with ringing up my drink, The girl started to act like it was my fault. The girl with short hair claimed to be a manger. Even if she was a manager she shouldn't be, that explains the rest of the staff who is also extremely unprofessional. There is this one girl with red in her hair i've never even seen her smile in my life and I go there every day because I work in the miracle mile. What kind of environment is this. Starbucks is supposed to be a better environment than this unprofessionalism. The girl started cussing me out calling me a bitch all because I asked for my money back. When I asked for a manager she told me she was a manager and it looked like she was going to hit me. Somebody needs to do something about this horrible staff environment. I've never seen a Starbucks with such rude staff. Just to clarify this is the Starbucks right next to Gordon Ramsay Burger in planet Hollywood. Stay away from this place they are bad news.
