  • AA really sucks. On the trip to FLL my luggage was destroyed and I had to get new luggage while there. When it was time to return home the flight was late and when I got to Charlotte, I had 30 minutes to get to my flight which I didn't make because it took this man and his family 5 minutes to get their butt out of the way for the other passengers. Then I get there flight had just left and I was told I could sleep in the airport or get me a hotel but they weren't paying for it. Very inconsiderate and a major inconvenience to me with doctor appointments.
