rev:text	Before you go, check the news to make sure the building isn't actively on fire. Nicholas Coffee is your downtown coffee, tea, and cigar shop. They have a great selection of coffee beans and loose leaf teas are great prices. The staff are pretty friendly. I've always had good service when I've been in for beans or tea. They don't list roast dates if that's a thing for you. I'm not a fan of their brewed coffee. I prefer 21st St a block over. They have your standard coffee drinks, but only paper cups. I prefer to buy and drink my coffee onsite. Just make sure the building isn't actively on fire. They seem to catch on fire a lot.
