  • Such. A crappy. Product. Why does your internet service suck so bad cox? Why, even though I bought the nicest modem and wireless router I could find, does my internet service continue to be spotty at best? Why do your sales people call and ask with what I can only imagine is a straight face if I want TO ADD a LANDLINE??? Are you serious? I cannot stand you and I hate sending you $60+ a month for something that works about 60% as well as it should.
