rev:text	My wife and I had just moved to Charlotte at the end of June and needed transportation to Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT). I found Affordable Charlotte Shuttle online, and decided to give them a try even though they had mixed reviews. I called and told them that we'll be flying out on 6/28 at six o'clock so we would like to be picked up at 4:30 to avoid rush hour traffic on 485. (I heard horror stories). I was told that traffic wouldn't be a problem and 4:30 was fine. Long story short my cell phone went off the next morning at 4:30am and scared my wife. When I answered it was a driver from Affordable Charlotte Shuttle, I told him that we need transportation at 4:30pm. He seem a bit annoyed and hung-up the phone. I called and spoke with the manager Lawrence Broome later that morning. He immediately became confrontational telling me that he put us in for 4:30am. I asked him if he remembered me having concerns about rush hour traffic? And, he said yes. I then said why would there be rush hour traffic at 4:30 am in the morning. Again, he just continued to talk over me and be confrontational, he even hung up on me several times. I logged on to my online banking and saw that they had already withdrew $55 even though I previously requested to pay with cash. He was adamant about charging me another $45 to come back out pick me up at 4:30pm. He keep saying that he would never make a mistake like this, he said "I do this hundred times a day". My response was I only did this once with you, so could it be possible that I remembered this one incident while you may have made a mistake during scheduling your 100 daily appointments. He emphatically said NO!!!!! PLEASE DON'T GET SUCKERED INTO TO LOW PRICES LIKE I DID!!!!!!!!!!!! Their customer service is horrendous.
