  • My kid loves the clothes here but you can't just buy them. You MUST play the credit card game. If you travel, the bill will come-and-be-late before you get back. No online payment option. I can't hear, so calling isn't an option, either. I'm hoping the app will have a way to see the bill and pay. I'm waiting for the big class action suit against them for this so I can get back all the damn late fees I've paid. They'll know it's me because they use my SS number as part of my account ID. You can't avoid it. Most of the clothes are ridiculously overpriced for the quality and then put on 'sale'. You have to remember what they cost or guess and pray the sale has been entered into the computer. The return policy is the only thing I love about them, and make no mistake--it's a good one.
