I had a car that we were interested in delivered from out of state. We got a call the day before telling us it was in and to come by when we had a chance. I texted our salesman Jason to let him know that we were on our way to look at the car in the daylight. He said that he was with customers and we would have to wait until after 8:30pm for him to help us. I told him that all we wanted to do was look at it and check for any issues. If we liked it we would come back later and buy it. Anyone could have unlocked the car for us so we can look at it. Our work schedule did not permit both me and the wife being there very often together, so we finally had a chance to go look at the car together. The minute we stepped in the building we were treated rudely. Someone was going to get our salesman while we went and looked at the outside of the car. I knew he was busy so I asked if someone can just let us in to the interior to look ( we weren't asking for a test drive at this point) and BRANDON and at least 5 other employees sitting at a table said there was no one to help me. 6 people sitting at a table and no one can help. I will attach a picture I took. Sad part about it was that we were going to actually buy a second car from them at the same time. Where has all the customer service gone? This would have been the second and third car I bought from them.
