  • Let me start out by saying that I don't think Dr. Arpino is a bad doctor. He did however forget to send my antibiotic to the pharmacy. I have been trying for 3 days to get the antibiotic, but front staff keeps referring me to "Kayla" the Medical Assistant, who never returns my calls or my pharmacy's calls. I even showed up in person yesterday to see if that would speed the process up, but was again referred back to Kayla. I paid my $30 copay and now I just want the antibiotic that was prescribed. Office transfers you to voicemail, when they tell you to hold. Even left a voicemail on Kayla's Managers phone to see if that would work, but nope! Will not be back to this practice.
