  • Truly exceptional experience working with this dealership and all levels of management throughout the buying process and follow-on service related items. Highly recommend working with Don Tracy (sales) whom took full responsibility and follow-through on making the it a great buying experience. We purchased a new Escalade and could not be happier with the vehicle. There was an issue with the original vehicle we purchased, and Sales Manager (Derek Spady) and General Manager (Tom Foushee) took immediate and full responsibility for the situation, and rectified the situation quickly and to a level that exceeded my expectations. This level of custom service is what makes a customer, a long-time repeat customer... and I would recommend this dealership, and this sales team, to any customer looking to purchase a Cadillac.
