  • We we're quoted insurance on 4 vehicles 2 which had full coverage. Three months later we find out that all 4 only have liability. Dimitri on the phone said he would fix this right away and not to worry. Six weeks later they draft $500.00 out of our account for a monthly payment. We find out then that our insurance increased from $2400 to $5100 a year. You know why he didnt say anything? Because we would have canceled then. Our full coverage insurance at Farm Beauro Indian Trail with Mark Rains is only $2400 a year ,why would we pay more then twice that amount. They made the initial mistake and had us driving a brand new car without full coverage. In fact they still owe us for the windshield on that car because we couldnt claim it because of their mistake. Please call Mark for insurance and dont make the same mistake we did.
