  • This was an amazing experience taking he grandkids to ride the train. In the past there was an employee who was kind not a happy guy and would double charge the train ride $2 for mom and $2 for little baby boy and it made it very expensive when the sign clearly stated under 2 are FREE. The employee who is no longer there would argue the point and say that is the price. My daughter in law and I went to buy a ticket since I wanted to ride the train with my grandson and was told $2 so the manager Tina listened as my daughter in law told the story about the charges and Tina said "That employee is no longer with us and we did have complaints about him" We both said "Great"! Anyway Tina was amazing and said due to the problem you had your all 4 going on the train today for "No Charge" Wow what great customer service. We headed over to the train and Dominique the conductor said "No Charge" I just received a call to let you 4 on at no charge. She was so nice and played with the kids before we took off in the Choo Choo!! Great experience. Thank you Town Square
