  • Arriving, we were greeted, the lobby was very clean & quiet. We were recognized as silver members & received our waters. The AGM was very accommodating he helped us check in & treated us as normal guests even being that we are employees. He was very knowledgeable and courteous checking us in and the heavy accent blonde girl was super nice as well. I overheard a customer get angry with her & she handled it excellently. The room was beautiful I love the wooden floors. Being on the 2nd floor it was still very quiet. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. Definitely would come back and the staff made our one night stay worth while.
