  • I would avoid this place at all cost! My fiance is too far along for us to switch Dr office so we are forced to deal with the utter lack of professionalism. Waiting room is always packed, I've even seen benches brought outside in the hallway for more seating. Reception is completely open and everyone can hear them when they talk about your personal private information. Billing department over billed us and took us calling our insurance company to figure out what was happening. Then it took us an hour at the Dr office with paperwork in hand for them to figure it out. Always seems to want to order some test or an additional ultra sound and we are not at risk, but have had 5 ultra sounds... why? Scheduling (check out) is rude and extremely slow. Tell them we work at 11 and they try to give us a 10:45 appointment... really? Complete disconnect between Dr and office staff, missed prescriptions, late FMLA forms and will not submit them to employer, etc.... This place feels like a money grab with no concern about patients.
