  • This property management sucks!!! Do not rent with them. I hasn't been 1 year yet and I cannot wait to brake our lease. We been struggling all year long trying to get things fix for our unit. We are currently with no AC and the manager Alicia wasn't been very helpful. It's been 1 week since we gave them a notice to come out and fix our AC. The technical was out here twice but nothing got fix. Last night we waited for her call back to let us know if she can get someone To come out but once again they didn't bother calling us back like always. I have a 2 year old living in this condition and it's 95 degrees inside the apartment. We are now taking legal action because this is unacceptable to anyone to live in this condition. Last time the water heater broke down and they didn't fix it until 2 weeks later! I repeat do not rent with them not worth it !
