  • I fell in love with my eyebrows during my first visit with Andrea. However, my 2nd visit was simply unprofessional. Wax service started 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment, new technician Sharmeeta left long hairs throughout my face (evidently, like Britt B.,I was never told Andrea left until I got there), and now I spoke with the Owner NIDELKA MAYERS who left me no choice but to not return and give a bad review. As a reference, I left the company a voicemail on Sunday (which one employee tells me was received, the owner tells me it was not) and after no response I filed a complaint with the BBB. I won't be getting my money back but I am surely happy I found out early the lack of professionalism and hospitality. I'm reading the recommended place to go is Brow & Beauty Boutique: http://www.browandbeautyboutique.com/index.html. I will try them :) Good Luck Ladies!
