The hotel was very cozy, pleasant and pet friendly, which I loved. but I was a bit disappointed with the way customer service handle complaint. I arrived Friday morning, checked in and stepped out to enjoy what Canada has to offer. After a long day of site seeing, all I want to do is enjoy a good night sleep after a long drive in to Canada and a full day of site seeing with no sleep Right? Wrong!! My room was on the first floor right in front of the hotel gym due to my dog shea. I came back to rest and I see all these kids playing in the gym with no adult supervision. They are throwing dumbbells on the floor, throwing balls on the wall, yelling all through the hallway and playing tag. I get it. It's the weekend and kids will be kids but if I paid money to enjoy my vacation, I want peace. I called front desk 4x, and nothing was done. Fine! In the morning. I gave another complaint. They couldn't change my room because I had my dog with me but they made a note in the system just incase it happen again. Which was fine. Now it's Saturday, I step out again and come back to my room around 10pm only to find the same situation as the prior night. I complained again. Nothing was done. It went on for hours till almost midnight. The one nice thing I could say is that when I finally checked out Sunday morning, they discounted me the pet fee for my bad nights!
