  • My hot water heater failed on Sunday afternoon and I was able to get an appointment for replacement first thing Monday morning. The installer was courteous and efficient. A problem arose when it took a long time to get hot water at the faucets. They were there early the next day and discovered an old valve that had failed in the closed position. The valve was replaced with a new one and there was no charge. I couldn't have asked for better service.
