  • I gave 2 stars because the food was good.. Service, not so much.. My review may be harsh because of a pet peeve. My order was wrong because I was never asked what I wanted on my sub. Usually that's not a big deal EXCEPT the remark was "that's not what the ticket said" when I advised them. Rather than a simple oops and "I'll remake it", I felt like it was a hassle or an inconvenience to correct my order. Customer service is everything people.
