We have had the worst experience on air Canada returning from our honeymoon.
1) we called and confirmed gluten free meals as my wife has celiac and gets I'll if she get wheat. We paid for an upgrade and our special meal was "not saved'
We had a ten hour flight with just a few pieces of fruit.
2) we arrived at LAX after paying extra to have 4 bags and they lost 1. Understandable, we arrived a5/28 at 7pm and they said it would arrive on the next flight at 11 pm and be delivered between 2am and 7 am .
OK
Next day ... Nothing...
We talked to a representative the following day at 5 pm
Nothing.. She doesn't know why it's not being delivered. That's a help.
No wallet no prescription medication
Calling Tuesday 8 am
Representative.. Doesn't understand why its not delivered. Said she will call delivery company. Didn't we try this yesterday?
In asked Sasha, from India, agent #tp03766 for SAS luggage courier, and they didn't have a number. She at least was smarter than the last from yesterday and googled it for me.
