Put in an service call via First American Home Warranty (for a rental property) on Wednesday evening in the middle of 100 deg+ heat. Thursday morning was told that Saturday morning was the earliest appointment -- understandable given the usually hot weather in So Cal at the time. On Saturday morning I received a call from the tech asking how to gain access to the property -- he arrived on site a little while later, per the tenant. I checked in with the tenant a little while later and the issue was resolved (compressor motor was replaced). Fixed in one call. Tenant had a small issue getting the call center to call them back, otherwise very satisfied. After reading all of the negative reviews between the time I placed the service call and the tech showed up, I was pleasantly surprised that all was promptly resolved, and felt it only fair to let others know.
