  • These guys are clowns. Two years after they misdiagnosed an alternator issue with my car, they said it was a bad computer and shipped the car off to the dealership, I thought I'd give them another shot. This time, tires. They can't possibly mess that up. They did. I called on Thursday and was told they'd have to order them from the LA warehouse. I was getting a huge deal so I agreed. 3-5 days they said. I called on Sunday to check the order and was told it looked as if they order hadn't been placed. They hurriedly put me on hold, came back and said, no problem, all is taken care of. I let another day pass and called on Tuesday. No tires. They'll "probably be on the Wednesday truck." When I called back on Wednesday, they told me that the truck comes at night after closing...call back in the morning. I called back on Thursday and was told...ready? The tires came in but they were labeled wrong at the warehouse, so they weren't the correct size!! Done. I didn't answer their calls after that. I went to Tire Pros.
