  • Gimme a gravy i.v. STAT! Holy Disco Fries Batman, that gravy is awesome. Thick, richly flavored w/bits of beef. The poor fries needed CPR after being smothered w/gravy and cheese, but after their trip to the broiler, then my table, those babies were DOA. Loved 'em. If I were still in my bar-hopping days these fries would be my 2 a.m. go-to. Aside from the Disco Fries, The Junkyard breakfast is very good. Hearty chili, homefries, veggies and two eggs w/your choice of breakfast meat. It is a delicious heart attack on a plate so bring a friend who is CPR certified. Pancakes are delicious - and I do not like any pancakes except the ones at Cracker Barrel. These are thin, golden brown, hot and served with everything from bananas to peanut butter to chocolate chips. Atmosphere is tiny dive-y diner, with duct take holding some seats together, friendly and quirky servers, great music and an awesome chef/owner. If I lived closer, this would be my hangout of choice. Can't wait to go back.Two entrees, three drinks, one upcharge of $1 for the killer fries and two pancakes for all of $23 debloons. Worth every penny.
