The way I was treated today has made me rethink about ever coming back. I was the only person in line. The two employees didn't acknowledge me for 2 minutes (backs turned to me and they walked into the back for a minute). Finally, I ask the cashier (I think her name was Lena) which Teavana teas has the hibiscus without caffeine. It's my favorite drink. She rudely says, "I don't know." I asked if she can ask the other employee if he knows. She then tells me I can look it up on my phone. I walked out. Horrible customer service. I work in the restaurant field and its customary to go out of your way to please customers, or at least put a smile on and say "hold on, let me find out which One it could be."
