  • Small but very interesting, this consists mainly of displays in the terminal. There is a small gift shop and office area off to the side. Wander the terminal and learn a lot about women in aviation, and particularly local women. I am an aviation buff, and still learned a lot. There are all the well-known flyers, but also good displays about others. Plus, I learned that women were tested for the Gemini space missions. Free, but please donate, and well worth going out of your way for. Interactive displays for kids, mainly on space topics, and lots of interesting artifacts. Plus, a sharp little homebuilt. Well worth half an hour or more.
