  • We found out our Bogart had cancer and did not have long to live. Dr. Young, Karen and the rest of the staff was so wonderful and understanding. Dr. Young recommended a company that would come to our home when it was time for the end and they were great. They made a very heartbreaking situation a little easier. We have used Banfield for many years and have never been disappointed. I called Banfield Pet Insurance plan to advise of Bogart's death fully expecting to pay for the plan to the rest of the contract year. The gentleman I talked to advised he would do the cancel that day and there would be no further charges. This restores my faith in humans, maybe their not so bad.
