  • As a Charlotte Native, RoCo is always on the top of my list of recommendations for Charlotte newcomers. I'm one of those boring people who order the same order (chicken, rice, queso) every time, but have been occasionally swayed by some outstanding specials. Don't sleep on the buffalo chicken wrap if it's available. Let's talk sides: if you're a collard green person, get the collard greens. If you pretend like you're not a collard green person, try these. They are the way God intended collard greens to taste. If they have the mac and cheese: get it! The inside of RoCo is comfy/casual, although I do think their booths are in dire need of an upgrade/reupholster. Can't wait for the plaza midwood location to open!
