  • I finally was near this ice cream shoppe so my daughter & I decided to go. She went up to the board & called me w/flavors, (as I am unable to walk w/o a scooter while recovering from surgery). There had to be at least 30 to choose from. It just happened to be $2 Tues for a very generous scoop of ice cream. I found their prices to be quite reasonable especially compared to Cold Stone. I tried the four sampler ($4.25 + tax) and a qt of half cherry vanilla & half butter pecan ($7.50 + tax). My daughter got a scoop for her daughter-Oreo-to go for the two dollars (she is 8 & had some last nite & tonite & has enough left for dessert tomorrow nite!). She bought add'l flavors for her hubby & herself. We thoroughly enjoyed our treats. I recommend giving them a try. I'm sad they are a ride from where I live but happy on the other hand b/c I'd weigh a ton if they were any closer. We will go back b/c it's worth the ride a few times a year! Yummmm.
