  • The doctors and nurses were all AMAZING. I cannot give 5 starts as the security at emergency are awful heartless "human beings". Today Dec 21 2017 my dad was heading into brain surgery and I had just parked in emerg. I didn't have my visa on my and i just wanted to run up to kiss my father good luck in his life and death emergency. I told the security guard my situation and he said "bank machine is across the street". He was a tall bald man. This happened at 9:00am. I even offered to leave my wallet with him and said I would be back in a few minutes. I don't wish ill on anyone but hope one day when he needs human kindness from another that they also turn their back on him. Our brain surgeon on the other hand was kind, knoweldeable and a life saver.!
