  • Had an excellent experience with Sears Outlet at Val Vista & Guadalupe. I did my shopping online and narrowed down the style and size refrigerator I wanted. I found one online that was available at the AZ Mills location. I called before I went there to find out how bad the dings were. The associate said they were terrible, so I kept on searching. The Val Vista & Guadalupe store had a hard-to-find, counter-depth French door fridge for about half of Lowe's & Home Depot's Memorial Day sales price. Shelves were still in plastic wrap, so fridge was new, but, yes, there were dings on the sides. However, the sides are next to cabinets, so the marks are not visible. For $900+ savings, I can live with the dings. There is a lot of merchandise with terrible cosmetic damage, so definitely plan on visiting the store prior to purchase unless you don't care about the outside of the appliance. The sales associates at this store were friendly and pleasant. I wasn't expecting Nordstrom-level service, but they were just fine. I will shop here again.
