Like the other reviewers, I bought a Teambuy group deal for this. Ended up paying about $25 extra (which is okay because it was mentioned on the voucher). Note the following: Owner: Micky, I believe, is an unsmiling woman. Teacher/Supervisor: I had a plump Caucasian lady, and she was nice. Student: She was great, followed instructions, did what she could. She was a better haircutter than a colorist. Actually, she was a really good snipper. Haircut: Too short for my liking but I guess the splitends had to go. Overall, the hairdresser did an amazing job with my layers and bangs. Color: Disappointed. I was hoping for chunkier peekaboos and I had a picture pulled up and everything. I got a series of stringy highlights. Here's the thing, I don't hate it.... it's not a flaming red top that I can't go anywhere with... It's nice, subtle, just not exactly the look I was going for. Verdict: my experience wasn't as horrifying as some of the others have stated. And yes, there's a wait time and that's probably the most disappointing part. If you're going to go here, it's a risk... but hey, it is a lot cheaper.
