  • We were looking for security systems like Simplisafe, Vivint, and a few local companies. I called Simplisafe for additional information and the customer service agent was chewing gum and was not very professional. That didn't leave me a with a good impression. Vivint was very expensive for technology that may be outdated in a few years plus it's proprietary and can't use it with any other monitoring service. I called another local company that had no contract but required a lot of front. So, we went with JPG. Eric was great with providing input on what we needed. Their equipment uses Z-wave so we can choose another monitoring company after our contract is up. The panel can be used for home automation. We didn't need it right now but it's nice to have that option available. The pricing is very fair. The installation was smooth and the system is exactly what we needed. Eric let us know that we can call them any time if we have any issues or questions about setting up another device. JPG wasn't our first choice but they are certainly the best choice.
