  • A rose by any other name... Harper's is a local Charlotte chain, but can easily be mistaken for Houston's, J. Alexander's, or any of the other multitude of generic, upscale dining establishments scattered across the country. And that's not a bad thing. What you see is what you get at Harper's: warm, cozy tables and booths, attentive servers, and a plethora of tasty menu options of plentiful portion size. And luckily, the prices are compatible with the experience as well. A solid establishment!
