  • What a terrible check-in experience. Asked to get a rollaway in our room. Was told I needed to upgrade. Paid extra $100. Went to eat. Came back. No rollaway an hour later. Called front desk. Was told it's a fire hazard by MOD Ellie. I explained that we were asked to upgrade specifically to get the roll-away. Talked to the manager -- complete incompetence and unsympathetic. Two kids 2am and this is what we deal with. Needless to say, we'll spend our money elsewhere next time. BTW Lucky's restaurant was not good either.
