Oyster bar is a Louisiana style Cajun restaurant located inside Palace Station Casino. . It's bar seating with about 16 stools and the chef cooks the food right in front of you. So let me start by saying THIS IS THE BEST OYSTER BAR AROUND. Places with similar names like at Harrahs and Hard rock are not the same. Even Oyster bars that are the same company like at Santa Fe and Sunset do not taste as good as the OG spot. The wait here can be long, but just remember there is a reason why. The food here is delicious. When you're in line, you get grump/anxious/frustrates, but all that is forgotten once you sit down. The oysters here are fresh and tasty but what they are really known for is the pan roast. It's a tomato base soup that's rich and creamy. This is probably the best soup I ever tasted and I don't even like tomato soup. Line can be up to 2 hours but I promise you if you never been here it's worth it. This is probably one of my top 3 favorite restaurants in Vegas and I recommend everyone to try it.
