  • This place is awful! At first, I was greeted with a fake "hello beautiful" and immediately got aggressively pursued to buy multiple products and services. I agreed to an eyebrow and upper lip service. The older blonde haired lady (clipped up) started doing my eyebrows. Her aggressive demeanor from the start made me uneasy, but as soon as I sat in the chair it was a little late. She started to thread my eyebrows while still convincing me to buy their products. I pointed out a patch of hair she forgot to thread and some random hairs and she said "why are you mad??" Then, she said I was covering up that spot with my finger and that she couldn't see with the lighting and that's why those hairs were left. I responded with a "Oh I am not mad, I am just pointing out the spots you missed". I continued to suggest that I could move the chair up if she wouldn't see because of the light (not my job!). I also had my finger covering that spot because she asked me to do so. It is her job to double check everything to make sure she has done a clean job. She scratched me a few times, but getting my eyebrows threaded for so many years I know this can AT TIMES happen. When we were all done, it was time to pay. I was paying in cash and I felt pressured to leave a tip. I left her a tip and before I could even put it down she told her coworkers in their native language (which I understood enough to translate what she said) about the tip I left her!!! This was so unprofessional and frankly she didn't even deserve what I did give her as a tip. I calmly told her it was rude for her to say what she said and then she got confrontational since she was shocked I understood what she said. I told her I had nothing else to say to her and walked away. I complained to the mall manager. When I read the google and yelp reviews I was not surprised at my experience at all! Don't go here!
