  • Just went in for our first time, disappointed. Went to get a drink at 8pm there was no tea brewed I asked if they were going to make anymore she said no we close at 10. Which is still2 hrs till close. So I thought I'd get vanilla ice coffee- that too was out the cashier "switched" it out and I fill up my cup and taste it and it was a cup full of half and half creamer with no flavor at all. Cashier went back and forth with me saying no it's coffee! She wouldn't even check the label and switch to the right stuff, so I told her I would just put some regular coffee in my 32oz of half and half- and what do u know she says oh the only coffee we have brewed is decaf because we close at 10. I ask the guy there can u check it and he's just confused and so I left with no drink at all. Unsatisfied customer!! A bunch of kids who don't know what they are doing and unwilling to help u and fix their mistake.
