  • I have rediscovered the lost art of great customer service with Barefoot Pools! We moved to Ahwatukee Foothills in July and met Alex, one of Barefoot's pool service technicians, the week we moved in, and he not only warmly welcomed us to the neighborhood, but displayed a level of competency, friendliness and work ethic that exceeded our expectations, and has continued at that level every week since. He patiently listens to any concerns I may have as if I'm his only assignment that day and addresses each and every one. I'm so appreciative that Alex has taken the time to teach me some of the finer aspects of the pool equipment operations and, on the rare occasion when I emailed his boss, Brandon, about questions I may have that are not Alex's responsibility, I have found Brandon to be very responsive with timeliness and solutions! Bravo to a great company! Thank you Alex and Brandon!
