  • I visited CarMax on West Sahara last year and requested that they search for a specific model car. I met with Cody one of the sales consultants and provided the detailed specifications for the vehicle. I was told that he would keep my request on file indefinitely and advise me if the car becomes available. After several months I called Cody to touch base and left a message to call me. I never received a call back. I periodically would check the CarMax web site to see if a car of my interest is available. During April a car that matched my specifications appeared on the CarMax web site. I called Cody the sales consultant and again was transferred to voice mail. Not confident that I would receive a call back I called and asked for the Store Manager. The person that answered was Helen, a Senior Sales Consultant. I explained the experience with the other sales consultant and Helen said she would like to help me. Subsequent to the phone discussion Helen arranged to transfer the car from the CarMax store in Henderson to West Sahara and for me to test drive the car. After words I agreed to purchase the car. We scheduled a delivery date, however Helen was called out of town on a family emergency but she arranged for her associate Scott to fill in for her. I met with Scott, he was friendly and helpful in completing the paper work and finalizing the delivery. Thanks to the professional customer service from Helen & Scott I was able to purchase the car that was on my long time search list.
